My name is LaShane I am 37 yrs. old. I live in California with my husband of 18 years and our five children. I love my family very much. I love making wallpapers, working on my websites, spending time with my family, hearing my kids laugh. Oh and hugs, hugs are the best, especially from your kids, because they really mean them. I am optimistic and inquisitive, ecclectic and eccentric. I am often told I am "too nice". But giving people the benefit of the doubt is just who I am. I really have a thing about tactful honesty and feel that life deserves to be lived honestly Living responsibly with an open heart allows one to enjoy all of life's beauties and pleasures.
Because I have an autistic child I have a special place for special needs children. When the kids are sleep I am at my creative best, and use Adobe Photoshop as my outlet. Adobe Photoshop is my most favoritest thing.. LOL.
I love TV. I am a Buffy, Angel, Alias, Firefly, the Office, Bones, Psych (hilarious show), Heroes, CSI (all of them), Criminal Minds, (Shemar Moore! Mmmm!) and Law and Order (all of them) freak. I am currently enjoying Saving Grace and The Closer.
Even though I love all genres of film no matter what my mood I am inclined to watch Sci-Fi. I love Science Fiction and Fantasy. Here's a little taste of what movies I like:

There's so many more actors and movies that I love.
I love music, all kinds, but The Psychedelic Furs and Love Spit Love are my all time favorite bands! At the moment I can't get enough of Juliette and the Licks (She rocks!) and PARAMORE. I love mainly 80's music but I'll listen to just about anything. From Classical to Hip Hop.
My top 3 authors, meaning I have to own anything by them are: Charles Bukowski, Dean Koontz and Richard Brautigan
I love American food, nothing better than a great steak and potatoes with lots of butter and sour cream. My favorite pie is banana cream. My Aunt makes the best Banana Cream Pies, to die for!
I also LOVE Italian, Chinese and Mexican food. But my downfall, you know that food that makes your diet go to shit is pizza and cinammon graham crackers. Bad. Bad. Bad. Never ever "hold" the tobasco, as far as I'm concerned it goes great with ANY meal! Just call me an Alien from Roswell. Mmmm..
My favorite drinks are water, (lots and lots of water), caramel frappacinos with whipped cream and an extra shot and anything with VODKA especially Chocolate Martinis.
