About This Site:
I created this site a 3 1/2 years ago to showcase my collection of wallpapers. I'd been desiring a place on the world wide web where all fans of Mickey Rourke and my Creations could go to get their Mickey fixes. I am totally HTML self taught and am always learning knew things, a reason my site's layout will often change. I am currently learning Macromedia Flash and how to build websites through DREAMWEAVER. I am not affiliated with Mickey Rourke in any way, I am merely a fan who loves to express my admiration for Mickey in a creative way. I am currently only affiliated with one other Mickey Rourke Website, Uniquely Rourke . But I do endorse certain sites that have been there with me from the beginning and that I find to have true and accurate information, as well as like me, use creative expression. All photographs featured on this site were either purchased by me, courtesy of The Mickey Rourke Images Group, (of which I am the moderator), donated by fans of Mickey Rourke and this Wallpaper Site, or Screencaps which I made. All Mickey Rourke photo sites that I endorse can be found listed on the Gallery Page. About The News:
Most of the Mickey Rourke news featured on this site is acquired through Mickey Rourke News Alerts from different news sites and various credible sources. A link to where this information is acquired is usually provided. About My Creations:
My website and most of my creations were made using Adobe Photoshop CS/2, Adobe Image Ready CS/2 and Adobe Golive. I like to use images found on my website, my Images Group or on those photo sites I have listed on the Gallery Page. Whether a creation is done within 20 minutes, 2 hours or 2 days I try to create them purely from imagination, usually with a theme intended and with the utmost respect to Mickey Rourke. Any textures, brushes or fonts that I use which come from other sources are always posted on the Recent Creations pages or can be found linked on LaShanes Creation's links section. Last Words:
